Data We Collect
We do not collect or store personal data beyond email inquiries. Emails sent to us directly or submitted through the Contact page are retained solely to respond to your inquiry.
Your Tools Stay Local
All Odyssey tools run entirely on your machine. No project data, files, or creative output is ever transmitted to us or stored on any Odyssey server. Your work is completely private.
Transactions
Steam handles transaction data. We can see that a purchase was made, but we do not receive or store your personal details. Steam handles all transaction data under their own privacy policy.
Steam Reviews & Discussions
Reviews, comments, and discussions posted on our Steam store pages are publicly visible and governed entirely by Steam's platform policies.

What We Collect (B2B Data)
To facilitate our nationwide commercial brokerage, OCG collects necessary B2B operational data. This includes company names, ABNs, physical site addresses, billing emails, and the direct contact numbers of facility managers or site supervisors.
Local-First CRM Storage
In strict alignment with our parent company's local-first philosophy, all commercial client data, service schedules, and account notes are housed within our own localized, internal CRM system to minimize cloud-server exposure.
Information Sharing
We share only the necessary site location, scope of work, and on-site contact details with our pre-vetted local trade partners. This is done exclusively so they can execute the physical work safely. Your financial and billing data is strictly confidential and is never shared with subcontractors.

Terms of Service
Odyssey Studios (Digital Division)
Buy Once. Own Forever
All Odyssey tools are sold as one-time purchases. There are no subscription fees, no hidden costs, and no recurring charges.
License & Ownership
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software. You own the assets you create with our tools and may use them commercially without restrictions or royalty fees.
Prohibited Uses & Legal Action
You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or decompile the software. Odyssey Game Studios Pty Ltd is not liable for the misuse or misconduct of our local tools by users. We strictly urge consumers to remain in legal use. Generating illicit content (including explicit underage models or child sexual abuse material) or infringing on copyright materials is strictly prohibited. Offenders will face immediate license termination, and legal action can and will be taken.
Limitation of Liability
Tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software. Use at your own risk.

Brokerage Scope
OCG operates as a nationwide centralized management agency for commercial cleaning, industrial waste, and routine grounds maintenance. We coordinate the services; physical on-site works are performed by pre-qualified, independent local trade partners.
Contract Structures
Clients engaging OCG may do so under either of the following structures:
Contracted Service Agreements (Preferred)
Fixed-term commercial agreements (typically 6 to 24 months) that lock in negotiated wholesale service rates, establish priority scheduling, and guarantee recurring site maintenance across specified locations.
Open-Ended / Periodic Agreements
Month-to-month service agreements providing operational flexibility, which may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice.
Limitation of Liability
OCG ensures quality control and strict subcontractor vetting. However, direct physical property damage claims or WHS liabilities remain insured through the deployed subcontractor's primary Public Liability policy (minimum $10M-$20M). OCG acts solely as a coordination and management agent.

Third-Party Store Links
Odyssey tools are distributed through third-party platforms such as Steam. When you purchase through these platforms, their respective terms of service, privacy policies, and refund policies apply. Odyssey Game Studios Pty Ltd is not responsible for third-party platform policies or transactions.
